Top scores in D/S POLO customer satisfaction survey

The results of the D/S POLO customer satisfaction survey are in. The December 2025 survey came out with an overall score of 4.59/5 for the service. In fact, POLO has gradually become established as the platform that enables communication and cooperation between port operators, providing a systematic approach to manual processes and an improved situational awareness for port and maritime authorities.

D/S POLO is built on an open ecosystem, which makes it a flexible and seamless tool for daily maritime and logistics operations. Users gave a score of 4.41/5 to POLO’s usefulness in supporting daily operations and a score of 4.24/5 in cooperation and communication, which demonstrates its integrated approach to work with its users in building the service – starting with the daily needs that are carried forward in the long-term ecosystem.

In 2025, the number of active D/S POLO users doubled and the number of new users grew by 35 per cent. In addition to Finland, D/S POLO has also been deployed in Sweden and Germany, having expanded its user base from ports to agents, towing companies and shipping companies.
